When I first tackle a Tarot spread, there are a number of factor I consider, sign posts and clues that I look at…today I’d like to talk about the importance of directionality in the cards. Directionality? OK, I’m not 100% sure that that’s a word, but it seems to fit my feelings perfectly so there it is. What I mean is, take a look at the figures in the cards, the directions they are facing, moving, how they relate to the other cards in the spread.
