Tarot Tip: When you need a confidence boost

July 4, 2022

Need a confidence boost? Try this.

Ask the Tarot to show you YOURSELF.

Ask the cards to show you a talent, skill or positive attribute of yourself that you may be brushing aside or not even aware of.

When you draw that card, really look at it. Relate it to YOU.

Identify that talent or awesome part of yourself and muse on that.

Own it.

This isn’t just cheerleading or wishful thinking or platitudes, this is a talent or gift that you HAVE and it is awesome and waiting to be seen and used.

Put that card somewhere that you can see it all day. Carry it with you, or take a picture of it with your phone and refer back to it when you need a boost.

BE that card. Let it empower and inspire you.

If a challenging image comes up, sit with it. Find the talent or skill or healing in it.

Try it, it WORKS.

Here are some tips to help you interpret your card and see your talent, gift, characteristic or skill.

If you pull a Minor Arcana card, consider the suit and what it represents.

If a Cups card appears for you, your talent is in the area of the heart. You are compassionate, caring, and generous with your love and time. Your Cups card may also depict the power of your intuition and your empathic understanding of others. You have a knack for bringing people together and are a natural healer.

If a Wands card appears for you, your talent is in the area of the spirit. You are creative, ambitious, and you never give up. You inspire other people with your strong leadership and visionary thinking.

If a Pentacles card appears for you, your talent is in the area of manifestation and prosperity. You know how to make money, you’ve identified a career path that brings you satisfaction, and you take great pleasure in the beauty of nature and life in your physical form.

If a Swords card appears for you, your talent is in the area of the mind. You’re sharp, your thoughts are clear, and you’re articulate with your spoken and written words. You can always solve the puzzle that is put in front of you, and your intelligence and wit never let you down.

If a Major Arcana card appears for you, pay close attention. The Majors give you insights into your life purpose, your core personality and your most significant inherent gifts. Ask yourself what the archetype means to you, and then relate it to yourself.

Why not try it right now? Pull a card and COMMENT and let me know what came up. And, COMMENT and let me know your wonderful skill or gift or characteristic.
